I am passionate about working with mission-driven organizations. Whether I’m in the nitty-gritty with you on a program or leading a high-level strategy project, I’ll help you build capacity, make connections, and prioritize the best next steps.
How I can support
Experience design and facilitation. If you are developing an opportunity for learning – for individuals within your organization or for those you choose to serve – I can support you with the design and/or facilitation of that learning experience.
Fractional support. Perhaps you have realized there is a need for some support at the C-level which your organization is “between” leaders. As someone who has experience as a CEO, COO, or Chief of Staff equivalent, I can ensure continuity and a smooth transition between when one person leaves and a new individual assumes the role.
Answering big strategic questions. At a startup or an inflection point? My goal is to understand where you are and where you want to go. Find the path to get there rooted in values of equity, excellence and love, and to marry those with your and your organization’s values. Through my work with you, we will consider the resources, talent, fundraising, connections, systems, structures, strategy and culture you need to arrive at your destination. And, I will work closely with you as the leader to get that clarity.
Designing a new initiative. Creating a new program or an initiative? I can help you clarify the goals of the work, speak to key stakeholders, and design an initiative or program in a collaborative way that meets your needs and those of the individuals you intend to serve.
How to Get Started
I believe that a fit between me and the leader/organization is critical. I welcome an initial meet-and-greet, and then working on a project together to get a sense of how I work, how you work, and what’s needed before committing to something longer-term.
